The fully automatic cell conveys nuts and washers via two spiral conveyors to an electric rotary indexing table. Electric Pick & Place handlings pick up only the IO-tested components and place them on the rotary indexing table. NIO-tested components are discharged immediately.
The gripper detects deformed parts and transports them out of the system via a pipe system. After the hydraulic flanging station, the component is unloaded. Torque testing completes the process and removes the NIO parts from the system.
